Lockwood Broadcasting is a television broadcasting company with its main office located in Hampton, VA with offices in Richmond, VA.

Lockwood owns three television stations. The first two stations are UPN Network affiliates and the third is a NBC affiliate.

It was announced on April 4, 2006 and it's confirmed that all of Lockwood's stations will all be part of The CW.

The original scheduled launch date of The CW was on Monday, September 4, 2006, but the launch was move two weeks ahead and will debut on Monday, September 18, 2006. Lockwood's stations will all be part of the The CW.
