Main articles: Bread and Meatloaf

A loaf is a shaped, usually rounded or oblong, mass of food. It may refer to a bread or other moulded foods, such as meatloaf.[1]

The term "loaf" sometimes refers to "head" from the rhyming slang "loaf of bread" (as in "use your loaf" instead of "use your head").[2]
