Load-Haul was a railfreight operator based in the north-east of the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1994, prior to the privatisation of British Rail. Load-Haul was originally called Train Load Freight-North (TLF-North).

The company introduced a bold livery of black with orange lower cabsides. This livery was unveiled to the public at Doncaster Locomotive Works' Open Day in summer 1994. The first loco to have this livery was 56039, which attended the event.

Load-Haul, Mainline Freight and Trans-Rail were purchased by a consortium led by Wisconsin Central in 1996 and amalgamated to form EWS.
