Lo-oc, Malabuyoc, Cebu

Lo-oc (also called Looc, or Look), is one of the barrios or barangay of the municipality of Malabuyoc, province of Cebu, Philippines. The barrio center is located about 4 kilometers south of Malabuyoc town center. Lo-oc is a coastal area, with mountain ranges a few hundred meters from the shore.

The barrio has few destinations that tourists frequently visit. East of the Lo-oc river is a series of plunge pools, gorges and rock formations. Tourists interested in adventure trekking normally frequent place, by way of neighboring northern barrios of Malabuyoc, and via the municipality of Ginatilan.

The barrio is rich in basketball tradition. In recent years, the barrio's basketball team, the Sharks, have dominated most of the municipality's tournaments. The team also were successful in several tournaments in neighboring places outside of the municipality.
