[edit] Rationale for use in Large Millimeter Telescope

  1. No free images of this telescope may be made, as it is in an area at the top of Mexico's tallest volcano which is only accessible from a service road, and thus restricted to the general public;
  2. No existing free images for it exist;
  3. It has been reduced to less than 1/8 of its original size and its quality reduced by compression;
  4. Its use in Large Millimeter Telescope adds significantly to the article's educational value by illustrating the telescope;
  5. Use for educational purposes is permitted by the copyright holder, but commercial use is not (other projects besides Wikipedia which are non-educational or for-profit in nature must take heed of this restriction).
