Llanvihangel Ystern Llewern (Welsh: Llanfihangel Ystum Llywern) is a village in Monmouthshire, south east Wales.

Llanvihangel Ystern Llewern is located between Abergavenny and Monmouth and north of Raglan. The small River Trothy passes close by.

The Offa's Dyke Path long distance footpath passes through the village. The village has a church dedicated to St. Michael.
