Lizo Mzimba

Lizo Mzimba is the Entertainment Correspondent for BBC News.[1]

Prior to this, Mzimba was a long-serving presenter, reporter and assistant producer for CBBC's Newsround between 1998 and May 2008.

He attended the independent Solihull School and The University of Birmingham, starting as a medical student before changing courses and studying Law.[2] He also served as editor of the University's student newspaper Redbrick.[3]

Mzimba was also a reporter for BBC TV's coverage of the 2005 UK general election.
