Liyang (溧阳, pinyin: Lì Yáng) is a county-level city of Jiangsu province, in China. Population: 292,482 (1999).

In August 1990, the State Department approved Liyang updating from County to City Level, subject to Changzhou prefecture-level city.

Liyang is between 31°1'-31°4' (north latitude), 119°08'-119°36' (east longitude). Area: 1535.87 km2.

Liyang resides at the boundary of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, belonging to Shanghai Economic Developing Zone, which is within the area of Yangtse River Delta.
