[edit] Date of Livid Festival at Harold Park Raceway in Sydney

I just want to mention that I went to the first and only Livid Festival in Sydney and I don't think it was held in 2002.

I believe it was 1990 because the lineup that year was Red Head King Pin, The Fall, The Bats, The Tactics, The Falling Joys, Reels, The Go-Betweens (acoustic, not just Grant McLennan), Sea Stories, Clouds, Dave Graney and the White Buffalos, Whipsnap, Crystal Set.

The gig was infamous for the fact that US act Redhead King Pin locked himself in the toilet and refused to leave his hotel (according to the on stage announcement made by Livid organiser Peter Walsh and/or Natalie Grubleschi (sp?)) and thus never performed that gig.

From memory, The Go-Betweens agreed to play again with a few guests from other bands to end the event after a wait of about an hour. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.173.154.98 (talk) 11:33, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
