Talk:Liverpool F.C. Champions League qualification 2005-06

[edit] NO NO NO NO
1) Can someone please find a source saying that England was ranked first in the coefficient list? I've been following this for sometime and England has not been top for at least 20 years. 2) Englands coefficient did NOT drop due to Everton's involvement in the Champions League, in fact it helped. Had Liverpool had been give a direct CL spot and Everton a direct UC, Liverpool would not have gone through the qualifying rounds, so would not have picked up points. In fact, if the current rules regarding allocations are taken into account, the first rounds of the CL and UC would be the same. --Fridge46 22:10, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
