This article doesn't seem to violate the policy on neutrality. It does present the story of Liu Hulan, which is what is historically significant in her case. More facts could be added here but there doesn't seem to be any basic lack of neutrality.

There is little collaborating evidence that the story of Liu Hulan is historically acurate. It should be categorized as a historical tale until further study has been done to verify the validity.

The All-China Women's Federation mentioned is an organization of women established in China in March 1949. But Liu was died in 1947, so she had no chance to take part in it. It's not real. --Only4john 14:43, 26 March 2007 (UTC)only4john
