[edit] The Declining Han Leader

Out of all the generals known in the Three Kingdoms, Liu Biao hardly gains any insight during his battles against Sun Jian and other generals that attacked him. Although there are many generals, warlords, and commanders that have great feats, I give a small amount of tribute and credit to Liu Biao for being both willing and aware of his current status. --Zhang Liao 07:38, 15 January 2006 (UTC)

It was also said that Liu Biao missed many times and chances to unify the land of China.
