Liu Qibao

Liu Qibao (Chinese: 刘奇葆; born 1953) is a Chinese politician. He was elected the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress on January 27, 2008. [1] He also currently serves as the chief of the Communist Party of China Sichuan Committee.[1]
Liu Qibao was born in Anhui Province in 1953.[1] He has previously served as the Communist Party chief of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.[1] He was first appointed Sichuan's Communist Party chief in December 2007.[1]
