Liu Jianchao

Liu Jianchao (刘建超，born February 23, 1964, Jilin Province) is the current Deputy-Director General of the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China. He is an oft-quoted spokesman for the foreign ministry.
