We only accept free images, meaning they cannot be noncommercial, and they cannot be noderive, in other words, they can either be BY or BY-SA. That image might be deleted unless you can come up with a fair use rationale, but then again, according to our fair use guidelines, you can't use fair use images on userspace. So unless you can find a free image like that or kinda convince the author (I'll try to talk to the author, because I got a Flickr account too!) to change the license. Good luck, and Welcome! A tag has been placed on Image:2601778 ea71b764d5 o.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image with an unknown source or an unknown copyright status which has been tagged as such for more than 7 days, and it still lacks the necessary information.
