[edit] Complete rewrite

This article was moved here from Preston Street (Ottawa) per this AfD entry, but hasn't been rewritten to be about its new topic yet. I've added a rewrite tag to make it not look quite so bizarre until I or someone else gets it turned around. — mendel ☎ 19:30, 29 September 2005 (UTC)
