Is it possible to etch LiTaO3 using wet chemical? What is the chemitry. And what is safety precuation which we should notice?

Dang, this article needs some work. Ideas: that a temp. difference generates a charge, how this works, more applications. Currently it is a stub! Mathwhiz90601 06:13, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
