[edit] Littleborough RUFC
Littleborough RUFC are based in the North West of England on the outskirts of Rochdale.
The club has 3 senior teams and a thriving junior section.
LRUFC is part of Littleborough Sports club. The sports club supports many local community events that help maintain the sporting environment around Littleborough and Hollingworth Lake area.

[edit] Ground Purchase 2008
The future of Littleborough Rugby Club is secure after a bid to buy its Rakewood home was successful.
Officials have been raising money through a share scheme, and saw off stiff competition from rival bidders when the grounds went under the hammer at Old Trafford cricket ground in February 2008.
As a result of the purchase the club will now be looking to develop the ground providing facilities for several local sporting clubs and other organisations.
