Little Pine Creek is a tributary of Pine Creek in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania in the United States.

Little Pine Creek is formed by the confluence of Blockhouse Creek and Blacks Creek, approximately 16 miles (26 km) upstream of Pine Creek. Texas Creek joins approximately 0.7 miles (1.1 km) later.

4.2 miles (6.8 km) of Little Pine Creek flows through Little Pine State Park. A dam on the creek has created a 94 acre (0.38 km²) lake for fishing, boating, and swimming.

Little Pine Creek enters Pine Creek in the deepest part of the Pine Creek Gorge, known as the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, at the unincorporated village of Waterville.
