Little Eccleston is a small village on the southern bank of the River Wyre on the Fylde in the English county of Lancashire. The river is crossed by a toll bridge, an unusual feature in England, called Cartford Bridge.
The main A586 road runs south of the village dividing it from Great Eccleston. The port of Fleetwood is some ten miles downstream. Administratively it is a part of a civil parish, Little Eccleston-with-Larbreck, which, in turn, forms part of the Borough of Fylde.
