"Little Altar Boy" is a song by the popular group The Carpenters It was popularized by the Carpenters in 1983. Its B-side was "Do You Hear What I Hear" a song released on the An Old-Fashioned Christmas album in 1984. This single was more of a promotional single for the album and did not receive any chart status. There was a music video shot for this song.

"Little Altar Boy" was written not later than 1961, first a hit by adult-contemporary performer Vic Dana. Andy Williams and Glen Campbell recorded the song in 1960s Christmas albums.
