Litlington, Cambridgeshire

Litlington is a village and civil parish in the East of England region and the county Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom. As of the 2001 census the population is 813. The area of the village is 8.65 square kilometres.

Litlington forms part of the district of South Cambridgeshire.

The village itself is old, being referenced as Litlingetona in ca. 1080, appearing in the Domesday Book as Lidlingtone and Lidlintone, and in its current form as early as 1242.[1]
