LITE 89.2FM (Colombo, Sri Lanka) is a Sri Lankan radio station featuring the adult contemporary music format.
Lite 89.2 started broadcasting on 27 February 1999. Catering to an age group of 25 - 55 years old, LITE 89.2 plays a mix of adult contemporary, soft rock, country music, pop music and contemporary Christian hits.
The station broadcasts on 89.2FM from Colombo, 98.2FM Kandy, 92.5FM Down South and 90 FM Islandwide. Lite also streams its programming live on the Internet at Lite892.com.
Radio Personalities on Lite 89.2 are some of the most popular in Sri lanka. Led by Jay who hosts the Lite Cafe, AnneJay on SpellBound, Neomi on the Lite Drive and Kshanika on Lite at Night, Lite 89.2 blends the best of yesterday and today to suit audience moods.
