[edit] The importance of "village" to Vietnamese people
To Vietnamese people, "village"'s not only an administrative unit but also a community's associated by blood- relationship, same opinions and same jobs including handicraft works. Village, in Vietnamese mind, are more important than big family (differing from Chinese). So, Vietnamese gorvernment relizes the importance of maintainance and development traditional handicraft villages in commercialization trend.
