[edit] Regarding "Other under construction, approved, and proposed"
I have noticed that this section has been added twice now to this page, and unfortunately I have had to remove the section both times, as its content does not meet the criteria for inclusion on the page. The page lists only those completed, under construction, proposed, and approved buildings that will be at least 400 feet (122 m) in height. Any buildings that are shorter than this in the city should not be included, per WP:MOS. The same criteria needs to be consistently used for every section that lists buildings by height, so all buildings in the "Other ..." section do not "make the cut." I would be happy to address any comments, concerns, or issues with this here, but please do not start an edit war by re-adding the list a third time. [edit] Use of Image:Museum Tower Dallas.jpg in this article
I believe that this image is perfectly acceptable to use in this article. From my understanding, the image does not fail criteria 3a, as only one image is used in one section which can only be illustrated with free images, as they are not existing buildings. This has been a standard for building list and WP:SKYSCRAPER, dating back to the August 2007 discussion relating to List of tallest buildings in Providence FL candidacy. The use of Image:Onetenwaterfire.JPG was in question, and the concerns were addressed by User:Loodog, who clarified that one fair use building image was acceptable as "other promotional material" in each list. Since then, FL reviewers (including administrators) have agreed that one fair use image is acceptable for each building list. This Dallas list would fall under the same category as the Providence list. Anyway, I have re-expanded the rationale of the Museum Tower image to include the description of its use in this list. When there is a building that is far enough under construction to provide an accurate visual, then the image can be removed. But until then, I do not see why the image cannot be included.
