How about adding these to the Comparison of streaming media systems?

[edit] FORlive

[edit] Intro

This a streaming media system which does not have a link in the List of streaming media systems page.

[edit] Technology

  • PAL (up to 384x288, 25fps) or NTSC (up to 320x240, 30fps)
  • Java player
  • HTTP fetches
  • Dynamic adjustment of video size and frame rate to reflect actual connection speed
  • Live review, editing and publishing available through FORscene

[edit] History

First version launched at IBC (Europe's biggest broadcast show) in 2003. Regular upgrades since then.

[edit] Demo

This demo is served from the UK. If you have a 400kb/s connection to the server, the video is 320x240 pixels at 25fps during the day, less at night due to camera noise. Stephen B Streater 09:56, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

Added to list. Stephen B Streater 10:30, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] EVE

"EVE is a new engine ruunning streaming audio/ video for the VM Direct corp."

I don't known who added this, but this is a better place for it. Stephen B Streater 16:49, 3 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Streamcast is not a Streaming media system

As stated in the subject. I have removed it from the list.
