Talk:List of stone circles

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It is requested that a photograph or photographs of Stone circles be included in this article to improve its quality.
The Free Image Search Tool (FIST) may be able to locate suitable images on Flickr and other web sites.

A photo is required for Arbor Low in Derbyshire (In the Arbor Low article as well). Any other Stone circles will be appreciated. Ring of Brodgar in the Orkneys too, as the one we had was deleted. MortimerCat 19:25, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

I have added a photo of the Ring of Brodgar, also the nearby Stanes of Stenness.

[edit] Links to non-existant articles

Some Stone Circles have their own article, such as Stonehenge, and a link is provided on this page. However, my motivation for creating this page was to provide a repository for specific Stone Circles which do not merit their own page. This is why I removed the non-existant article links.

I would like to keep the page as "valid links only", because if a circle is worthy of an article, then at least a stub needs to be created. MortimerCat 20:19, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
