Pleasse someone verify the following information, recently deleted from the article by an anon.

• New York, NY, USA (Statue on top of the "red square" apartment building on East Houston St. and Avenue A)

• This site makes geographical sense in the city; the location is on the Lower East Side, where socialism was quite popular in the early 20th century. I haven't confirmed the statue yet, though.--Pharos 20:51, 9 May 2005 (UTC)

This isnt right:

I am from Ukraine and there are many statues of Lenin in villages, and smaller towns, were most of them remain, infact in every former Soviet republic with the exeption of the Baltic states there are still many statues of Lenin in rural locations

Dubna one is said to be 15m or 25m (w-w/o pedestal?), and Volgograd's is said to be 30m pedestal and 27m statue. Is Dubna's really "the largest"? --ssr (talk) 00:58, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
