Talk:List of state leaders in 420

 I'm not really sure what this page is, but I'm hoping someone may be able to tell me, or give me an idea why the number 420 keeps pooping up, and I don't count graffitti, I see it on houses, buisnesses, even walking in and looking at when my truck at work started to get loaded, tractor trailer with 420 as the unit number, and I can go on, and on. Any one have any ideas?
