[edit] Northern Administration District, Saskatchewan

Should we add the Northern Administration District to the list of rural municipalities? It doesn't have a number, but it seems like it's the same as any other rural municipality, and I believe "Northern Administration District" is its official name. In any case, I'm going to change any references to Northern Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan in the rural municipality articles to Northern Administration District, Saskatchewan. Thank you.
