Category killer - If a Category Killer dominates its area, why are there many stores listed per category? There should be clear criteria for when a store is included, otherwise this just becomes an advertising page. [edit] Global?

This list doesn't seem to have a global perspective. Do US retailers form many more co-operatives than those in other parts of the world? --Hroðulf (or Hrothulf) (Talk) 00:01, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
