Ya gotta admit, that "attorney, banker" doesn't sound like much of a justification. It's my opinion that to make this list, the candidate should also rate - and have - an article. Given your comments about Watkin's achievements, I agree with you that he qualifies. Is there any chance you would also be interested in creating an article about him? • Sure I'm interested. Will I have time to get to it in the next couple of months? Probably not. While it is preferable that the list not include trivial names, there's no need to restrict the list to notable figures who already have articles, though. That's what categories are for.
