[edit] Dong, Gu

Is it really necessary to take up two sections for dong and gu? As the article is talking about Seoul, every location can be assumed to be a dong in a gu. So wouldn't it take up less space if we just wrote Yongsan-dong, Yongsan-gu? Well, if we need more space for another column, my vote is to merge the locations. DaronDierkes (talk) 01:04, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Yes, that is what I originally intended. However, currently every articles on dong and gu of Seoul have seriously insufficient information and I'm only familiar with some places where I went to, and the list is incomplete, so I want to get two bird with one stone. After every dong articles are made, I will combine the dong and gu in the tablebox.--Appletrees (talk) 01:16, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Sounds good to me. You're the boss. DaronDierkes (talk) 05:47, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Merge proposal

This article is entirely duplicative of the Seoul section of List of museums in South Korea. Merge into List of museums in South Korea. Badagnani (talk) 17:55, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

You should refer to an English dictionary for what duplication means. This article includes museums located in other cities like list of museum in South Korea? This merge suggestion is nothing but no understanding of what {{incompletelist}} means. --Appletrees (talk) 18:20, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry, I'm having difficulty understanding your comment. Are you saying that List of museums in Seoul (which duplicates content at List of museums in South Korea, which aims to list all museums in South Korea), should contain museums that are not in Seoul? If you could be more clear, that would be great. And please refrain from blanking other editors' comments, as you have on other pages, thanks. Badagnani (talk) 18:23, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

The page you repeatedly vandalised is MY TALK PAGE, so I had to remove the vandal activities. Please do not LIE about your worngdoings and try to say TRUTH. Please refrain from yourself from doing such behaviors. That would harm to Wikipedia.--Appletrees (talk) 18:32, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

Would you please moderate your tone? Badagnani (talk) 18:35, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

Oh, I do not stand the blatant LIES. You said I blanked others' page or comment on "other's talk page" which are your lies that I've never done before. MY TALK PAGE is managed by MYSELF, not OTHERS. So keep in mind that saying untruth is nothing but blockalbe personal attacks and falsifying information. So please refrain yourself from doing such. --Appletrees (talk) 18:40, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

Would you please moderate your tone? The use of all capital letters are not appropriate here, and this talk page is for the discussion of the improvement of this article. We shouldn't be taking up the bandwidth of the Wikimedia Foundation for the discussion of other things; that can be done on a personal blog, or offline. Badagnani (talk) 18:42, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

As I said, I can't stand dishonesty of yours. I do not come here to socialize with people, but write articles with reliable sources from good faith. But you did not write Korean related articles with sources. I created this list with sources and it is still progressing. That's why I put the incomplete tag at the top, and you shows a serious bad faith behaviors on articles I created or edited and then vandalised my talk page repeatedly. Good faith policy can not be applied to your disruptive behaviors any more--Appletrees (talk) 18:49, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
I do not agree with the merge proposal. Museums of south korea is the parent article and it will be very long by the time it is finished. The material needs to be broken up. It will change over time anyway. you're calling for a merge proposal while it is still in the development phases. different articles offer different perspectives. Though a more specialized article should have more information on it's topic. Could we get some more specific information on the funding and administration of the museums run by the city of Seoul? DaronDierkes (talk) 01:25, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Duplicating all the museums in two different articles just doesn't make sense, something you provide no solution for. Badagnani (talk) 01:32, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Did I say to you at your talk page that more than 200 museums are to be added to the list of South Korean museum in the future? The list is to purpose to split the gigantic list and to focus venues in Seoul not in the entire museums and art galleries of South Korea. This Seoul museum list also does not have university museums. You're also ignoring the museum templates placed below the article. Other lists in other metropolitan cities and provinces should also be created and I referred to the list from list of museums in London and England. Besides, if you can read Korean or at least use google tool, this lists are all from Korean Wikipedia.

You also tagged the merge template right after I pointed out on your introducing original research on Korean cuisine, so your motivation in doing this is so transparent. Your reasoning for the incomplete lists to be merged does not make any sense and is not from good faith. --Appletrees (talk) 02:07, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
