Talk:List of memory biases

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

What is the origin of this list? Can you cite references? Mr. Jones 12:53, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)

This list should either be improved to add short descriptions and/or merged onto the memory bias article or maybe the list of cognitive biases article. Headlouse 01:39, 16 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Is this article in violation of WP:NOT#DIR?

Can this information be expressed in more of an encyclopedic fashion, and less like a list? -- weirdoactor t|c 21:06, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

I think you're right: this article should probably be moved to Memory bias (which will require administrative intervention, as Memory bias has history from before it became a redirect to List of memory biases) and made more like a normal article. (Lists aren't inherently bad, but in this case there doesn't seem to be any advantage of alphabetical-list over some sort of structured-and-weighted article.) —RuakhTALK 21:48, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
