[edit] Istres Air Base

Take a look at Istres Air Base. Although the declared lenght is only 3750 m, there's a very long overrun area. The total length of the concrete strip is 5400 m according to Google Earth.

Another runway about 4000 m long can be found in Russia at Akhtubinsk Air Base. 48° 19′ N, 46° 17′ E

[edit] Area 51

Area 51 does not show up as a regular runway but they do exist (37°14'13.99"N, 115°48'6.28"W) with a runway over 7300 meters. I guess they need the extra long runway for all the testing of the UFOs. That almost doubles the longest runway listed at the top of this article.
