Where did Kras come from? In Jak II Haven was supposed to be the only city, and Spargus was built by people exiled from Haven

Just a small note so that nobody gets stunned at all the changes in the article. I had modified the text of the article slightly in order to improve grammar and facts gleaned from the four games.
