[edit] Berlin

Nollendorfplatz is at the end of Motzstraße. I'd suggest that they be merged and listed as Motzstraße.

[edit] did some cleaning

I went through and alphabetized the places accordingly. Then i gave Brazil its own catagory since it had as many entires as other catagories. Then i liked red links to thier city articles sections that refered to the gay communities in question, if there was a section in the city's article. I think just doing this makes the article look better, and increases usefulness. It also, even though not directly sources, does help in sourcing by linking to city articles that had already acknolaged the gay communites.

When did the "West Village" and "Greenwich Village" become two separate entities?

[edit] Portland

I was wondering if Portland should have oldtown-chinatown included (though really oldtown since there are no gay bars in actual chinatown

[edit] Soho, London

Since Old Compton Street is part of Soho, they shouldn't have separate entries -- Old Compton is the heart of the gay village in Soho, and Soho itself is known for far more than the gay community -- so I'd propose the entry be 'Old Compton Street, Soho' or 'Soho (Old Compton Street)'. —K.d.stauffer (talkcontribs) 16:35, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Long Island?

Although Long Island holdes some level of autonomy when being refered to (Long Islanders very rarly say NY when asked where they are from outside of the state) it is not a city. Cherry Grove and the Pines are not even on Long Island, they are on Fire Island, but are both part of Suffolk County, which is broken down into Townships, no cities exist in Suffolk County.
