Do you mean the numbers in Appleby's Bio-Bibliography? If so, they are only really of use for cross-reference within that book. As far as I am aware, the nearly 600 numbers in Appleby are not accepted as a standard for Villa-Lobos, in the way that Köchel numbers are for Mozart. Or does the Museo Villa-Lobos have a numerical catalogue? In any case, adding these numbers to such a long list of compositions would be a very big task.
