[edit] 株式会社 romanization

  • Do we want to standardize the romaji spelling of 株式会社? I see the following in the list:
    • Kabushiki-gaisha
    • Kabushiki Gaisha
    • Kabushiki Kaisha

I am partial to Kabushiki-gaisha as that is the way it is pronounced in most cases. NipponBill 08:28, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

That's not really true as it depends greatly on where in Japan you are. In Hiroshima, for instance, I heard both very frequently. And companies ending in "KK" are obviously using the "Kaisha" for the last word. I think it's fine to have both ways. It may be good to link to Kabushiki kaisha at the top of the list for an explanation of the term. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 17:03, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
