[edit] Grouping

Its hard to make a logical grouping out of this as CC is a global problem and those initiatives are often become international after starting out as a local or national scheme. I've settled on International (meaning something that links tobether regional actions), regional (e.g. within part of a continent) and then lower levels. Ephebi (talk) 13:00, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
