Donalds quote.

Just for clarifications sake. Donald will sometimes say "im gonna be rich one day." as a quote on its own. Its rare you will hear him talking about making weapons out of anything. Thats why i have added the first back in again since its common to hear him claim that he will be rich one day. Dan the man1983 18:08, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

2nd in commands of cliques.

We have had a discussion on this before. But i want everyones opinions on who the 2nd in commands and what events that happen in the game makes you think they are 2nd in command of their respective cliques. Maybe we can come to an agreement and state them in the article. Dan the man1983 09:58, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

You're falling into original research territory again. Any material posted here about "2nd in commands" should come from reliable sources, not decided by Wikipedia editors. Marasmusine 10:44, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
Ok i apologise for falling into the original research territory again. Dan the man1983 05:34, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
I think he means, second in commands that can be deduced by in-game dilogue or storyline stuff. And that means the only ones that can be defined as second in commands are Bif, Damon and Omar. Bif is second in command because he can command the other Preppies when Derby's not there. Damon's dialogue supports it as well. Omar is flat out stated by Zoe to be the second in command of the Townies. The Bully strategy guide says Melvin is the 2nd in command of the nerds, but I don't think that should be noted since 1) there's nothing in the game to support it, and 2) the guide is notoriously error ridden. The stuff about which Greaser, Peanut or Norton (if either) is the second in command is noted in the article already. So basically I think everything in there is fine as it is. McJeff 18:27, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
Adding some more... there's some other examples of who might be a 2nd in command. During the boss fight with Russell, all the clique leaders are present, with two followers. In the case of Ted and Derby, they're with the clique girls (Mandy and Pinky respectively), and with their second in commands (Damon and Bif). Ernest shows up with Melvin and Fatty rather than taking Beatrice, and Johnny is there with Lola and Norton, which to me supports Norton as the 2nd in command but that's speculative.
Also, the second in commands are generally notably tougher than the others in the clique. But for the greasers, Norton and Hal are equally tough while Peanut's quite weaker than they are, and Melvin and Fatty are both tough as far as nerds go. McJeff 18:35, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

That isn't strictly true about the boss fight with Russell. I got a save file just before this mission since i like Chapter 1 of the game and i always play it now and then since it was a fun mission. It looks like Bif thats there with Derby and Pinky but its clearly not. The Preppie with Derby and Pinky watching the fight is Bryce, I noticed this by the way the shirt sleeves are rolled up, The Preppie standing with Derby and Pinky clearly has his sleeves rolled up to halfway up his forearms, Where as Bif dosen't roll his shirt sleeves up at all.

I think you take on all the 2nd in commands before tackling the clique leaders. You fight Bif in a Boxing match before fighting Derby, Damon covers Ted in the jock boss mission, Melvin is one of the last 2 Nerds guarding the gate just before the Observatory,You beat Omar up for the key to the power plant and you beat up Peanut before you fight Johnny.

Also other little details in the game can prehaps tell you who is 2nd in command of the cliques are. Like Bif guards the doors inside Harrington House. Damon is the Jock that always seems to attack you from nowhere near the Fountain where as the others don't, Melvin is the last Nerd you help out in Chapter 1 and you dont help out a Nerd until chapter 3 when you save Algie.

The only things i see that are error laden in the strategy guide is that Bryce is listed as a non clique student in the photobook section and that they have listed all non clique students as Nerds in the errands section. Dan the man1983 19:04, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

I mean, everything you write in this article has to have been already published by a reliable source. This is one of our core policies, see WP:V. If the official strategy guide has something to say on this subject, then you should be using it as a source (along with anything printed in magazines, etc). Marasmusine 11:44, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

I got a question, Is original research allowed as a last resort when you can't find a source to back up what you added to an article? Dan the man1983 05:39, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

We should only be printing material that has already been published in reliable sources. See WP:OR for more information. To be honest, this kind of article would be more at home at a specific gaming wiki. Take a look at the external links at the bottom of Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games for suggestions. Marasmusine 07:15, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Thats a good idea Dan the man1983 09:57, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

I would just like to say... I think troy is second in comand of the bullies because when russell is beating up petey during halloween Troy is right there63.166.254.137 (talk) 05:19, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I dont think the Bullies hold a 2nd in command since they dont seem to be a proper clique like the others. They are a clique yes, but they seem more like a bunch of friends who just hang out together with their leader being the nastiest and biggest bully in school. They dont share the same purposes on going up and down the pecking order like the other cliques do. They dont even bother with other cliques except the Nerds and Townies. Only Russell bullies a Jock, Greaser or a Prep. Dan the man1983 (talk) 15:57, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

The order in how the cliques go in the article.

Should the order of the cliques in the article go in the order of when Jimmy defeats their leader and gets 100% respect from them. If so then it should be like this. Bullies,Preppies,Greasers,Nerds,Jocks,Townies. Dan the man1983 19:18, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

I think the article's fine the way it is. McJeff 19:55, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, but the only thing that looks odd to me is that Townies are listed under Students. Dan the man1983 20:52, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
I don't really like that either, but it's either that or give them their own seperate section. Maybe if this article ever grows to the point that we include the townspeople, we can move them to a more appropriate area. McJeff (talk) 02:49, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Put them under a section called Non Students or Town Cliques maybe. Dan the man1983 (talk) 12:36, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

I say move them to the Townsfolk section. Dan the man1983 (talk) 12:45, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Ive recently moved the Townies to the Townsfolk section which someone has created and added some of the townsfolk in, The townies belong in this section and do not belong in the students section since they aint students. Dan the man1983 (talk) 19:09, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

My Latest Edit.

Ive added information on Jimmy and his situation with girls in the game. I added this because ive seen edits in the past where people have edited in that only Eunice will get jealous when Jimmy kisses another girl in front of her, which is true to an extent if she is the last girl that Jimmy kissed. Ive added that all girls do this with him and hopefully that will stop the future edits like that again. Dan the man1983 10:31, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

BTW feel free to neaten or even add on to the edit ive made but i think it shouldnt be deleted since it will hopefully stop future bad edits to the article. Dan the man1983 10:32, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Christy.

So there are no future edits on her again, there is no evidence in the game to support the 'posters above her bed' thing. We have editted this out in the past, someone put it back in, and now it's gone again. Which is the correct thing to do. Why that was removed is because those posters are in every single bedroom in the girl's dorm, and there is no way to tell who is assigned to which bed. They don't have their own beds, it was never programmed. So unless Christy has multiple beds in different rooms, do not put that back in. It's not something that is official and you know for sure. Airenko 03:17, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

I removed it due to that same reason that posters are above all or a few beds. I think it isn't really noteworthy enough for this article if proven true anyway. If any future edits to Christy should be made then people should add what errands Jimmy does for her during the game. Same applies to other students too. Dan the man1983 12:32, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

In one of the pictures released before the game, it shows Christy sitting at a writing desk under two of aforementioned posters, which is why I added it in in the first place. I haven't readded it yet though since it's not worth arguing about. McJeff (talk) 02:43, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

If you notice, the ORIGINAL article claimed that the posters were of horror movies and heavy metal bands.I found a bed while wandering in the girls' dormitory with horror movie and heavy metal posters above it.Just use the camera to zoom in and you will know it.Paul 1953 (talk) 05:17, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Anyways like the topic creater says, Theres no telling which bed belongs to who, which is why it shouldn't be readded in my opinion. Dan the man1983 (talk) 12:34, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

I see it was added in the article again, It was taken out again since there is no telling which bed in the girls dorm belongs to who. If it keeps being added, then let me tell you im gonna keep on deleting it. Dan the man1983 (talk) 17:52, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

There seems to be an edit war on this now. Over the past 24 hours Paul_1953 added it back in and I took it back out, then he undid my revision probably due to the reason that he thinks its true and it belongs and ive just undid his revision, due to the fact that it isnt true and it don't belong in the article. Let me just explain again that it was never was programmed in the game that the beds with posters above them belong to Christy just because there is a picture of her sitting underneath them at a writing desk. Its for that reason that i keep editing it out. Dan the man1983 (talk) 15:47, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

Paul, please don't add that sentence again, unless you can back it up with a citation from a reliable, independent source. Marasmusine (talk) 16:15, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER!!Paul 1953 (talk) 07:34, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Are you joking, or is that an actual legal threat? Marasmusine (talk) 08:26, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

Sorry but Paul's last comment was hilarious. Dan the man1983 (talk) 15:45, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

jimmy's classmates

lately i have been playing classroom minigames alot and i wonder if it could be possible to put who jimmy's classmates are,for instance one of his classmates in art are mandy,so could we add in those peoples articles that they share a class with Jimmy63.166.254.137 (talk) 05:10, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I would question the encyclopedic value of that, it would also veer on the side of WP:OR. Marasmusine (talk) 08:11, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

I don't think its notable anyway. Dan the man1983 (talk) 15:43, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

It seems like valuable infromation63.166.254.137 (talk) 02:04, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

I'll ask you to read Wikipedia:Manual of Style (writing about fiction), particularly: Unpublished personal observation and interpretation of the article's subject and primary sources are not acceptable on Wikipedia. If a reliable source has already made a commentry on who Jimmy's classmates are, then go ahead and put it in this article too, citing that source. Marasmusine (talk) 08:08, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

68.2.182.104

68.2.182.104 keeps on editing the article by adding characters that dont belong into the game. Marasmusine i know your the admin around here, can something be done to stop stupid edits like this again? Dan the man1983 (talk) 07:30, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

I have left a message on his user talk page, no need for anything drastic yet. Marasmusine (talk) 08:55, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

By the way,is there REALLY a person by the name of "Shirley"?I deleted the mention of "Shirley".Paul 1953 (talk) 08:00, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

No there isn't a charcter named Shirley. Someone in the past few days has been editing the article adding their fan fiction characters to various cliques. Dan the man1983 (talk) 14:43, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Pedro

I've added new info on Pedro;mainly about the plaster patch he has on his right knee. It's true, just use the in-game camera, but somebody deleted it.COuld you explain why?Paul 1953 (talk) 08:00, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

I only got rid of the speculation that he is dressed as a mummy as a pun due to his relationship with his mother because it was speculative. Whoever added that, deleted your edit about the plaster on his knee. Dan the man1983 (talk) 14:42, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Why don't you lazy, fat, pizza guzzlin' couch potatoes just go use the damn in-game camera?Paul 1953 (talk) 05:40, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Because that would be original research. Marasmusine (talk) 07:44, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
