I query why, on English wikipedia, the bird names are given in Portuguese and not English?. jimfbleak 06:39, 19 July 2006 (UTC)

I've rewritten with English names followed by scientific, taken out authors (should be in species' accounts, added status and modernised the very out-dated taxonomy. No doubt there are erors in the text, but I've done my bit! jimfbleak 07:44, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
