Talk:List of archery civilizations
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Can someone explain to me the logic in the content of this page?
Firstly, the list omits Egyptian and English civilisations, which are amongst the most famous nations possessing extraordinary talent and usage of archery, bordering on ultimate weapons of their time (Egyptian Chariot Archers, English Longbowmen).
Also, the distinction between "early" and "late" middle ages seems nonsensical - I've never heard of such a distinction, unless the author meant "Dark Ages" for "Early Middle".
The categorisation should be more like "Prehistoric", "Antiquity/Classical", "Dark Ages", "Middle Ages".
