It's not really my intention to list ALL abandoned airports but only those that needed an article in Wikipedia. If all were listed it would soon grow too long as the number of heliports change very quickly. CambridgeBayWeather 15:58, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
I think it might be a good idea to at least try. I'm from Canada and think this would be a neat idea but don't know how you find out about the abandoned ones. LdyDragonfly 03:50, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
- There are a certain number of them listed in the Canada Flight Supplement but they only list the name and the coordinates. Plus they are only listed as long as part of the airport is still visable as a reference point from the air. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:10, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
