[edit] Question on adding minor police officers/other characters?

[edit] Fair use rationale?

Good grief, what's with all these posts demanding people justify the use of small, low-resolution screen captures to illustrate the characters? It's fair use because it's not trying to prevent the publishers from making money (does anyone even buy Tahou stuff anymore?). Hell, the images are no substitute for sitting down and reading or watching the manga, anime or drama. Sheesh.
