Please, the animated series do NOT have a place called Metamoor so please stop putting that word in every new W.I.T.C.H. topic. Sarochi

Actually, I think it was called Metaworld, as opposed to Metamoor. May the Edit be with you, always. T-borg (drop me a line) 20:57, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

It is called Metamoor in the comics, and has been called Metamoor a couple of time. "Metaworld" is the secondary term for the world, like "The World" for Earth. Meridian is the capital city, and since most of the action usually takes place within Meridian city limits, that is why it is usually referred to as Meridian. So, Metamoor is the correct name for the planet, Metaworld is the correct name for a secondary use of Metamoor, and Meridian is the correct name for the capital city, the one Phobos' and later Elyon's castle is. Well, I never knew that before. Thanks for clearing things up! May the Edit be with you, always. T-borg (drop me a line) 21:28, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Sure thing, T-borg! I learned that from my W.I.T.C.H. book. Tyar 22:36, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Name of the planet

I have seen every episode, and by logical deduction it's clear that in the animated series the planet is called Meridian. Every planet has a heart, right? And the hearts are called: the Heart of Candracar, the Heart of Earth, the Heart of Zambala AND the Heart of Meridian. Furthermore the animated series are only based on the comics and are not an entire translation. Sarochi 12:34, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

Actually, I don't remember anyone in the series talking about planets, they have them as kingdoms, as with The Kingdom of Meridian, The Kingdom of Earth, The Kingdom of Zamballa. In the case of Meridian, it's located in the Metaworld, right? May the Edit be with you, always. T-borg (drop me a line) 12:43, 23 November 2006 (UTC)
Yan Lin specifically described Zamballa as being "The Purple Planet" in the episode where Kadma is introduced.

[edit] Quotes

Ok, not sure about this one, but can anyone see if it's acceptable for us to use quotes from the episodes, plus they might be in violation of WP:NPOV. --May the Edit be with you, always. T-borg (drop me a line) 20:16, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] This page is in serious need of help

It should comply with this and this! I've prepared a new version, which I'll post tomorrow, but the summaries aren't finished. If you think it's too early say the word. Besides, it's a wiki, it can always be reverted. —May the Edit be with you, always. (T|C) 15:54, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
