My purpose in putting this list together is primarily as a checklist for creating articles about these people. I have no objections whatsoever if someone wants to reformat it, perhaps chronologically by district. Unfortunately, the source did not include districts. The entry of William Broomfield is incorrect, in terms of birth and death years. I don't know what is the reason for the discrepancy, so I left it for someone better in a position to sort it out.
