[edit] Episode order

I have a real issue with this article. I've been watching through the episodes, so far through the first season, and I can't help but notice that if I watch them in the order given in this list, there are major inconsistancies. For instance, SkyFire is supposed to first appear in Fire in the Sky episode 13. So what is he doing in the episodes of The Ultimate Doom 1-3???

Can anyone tell me were I can find the show's creator's reasoning/logic for airing the show in an illogical/unreasonable order? Has anyone else noticed even?

I don't know if you'll even see this reply, but this is a partial copy and paste of the very comprehensive episode guide linked here. They couldn't put all the descriptions here or the actual NOTES about airing order that are in that document because it would be too long.
Read the actual episode guide linked here that this information came from. It talks about what the production order was AND what the airing order was (including noting the issues that came up in the airing order, such as having the character from the planet of Paradron or whatever its name was show up in an episode where he was centrally important BEFORE the episode he was introduced as a new character the others had never met before). As it is, there are some issues in this cartoon. Megatron has three origins throughout the show, for example. So I wouldn't expect things to always be too perfect on continuity, but at the least it'll tell you what the production order was and what the airing order was and some of the problems that crop up.

Thanks for the reply. I have since come to terms with the various problems of continuity and air/production dates since the time of my posting. Thanks for your input though. Cheers.

[edit] Episode notability

All of the episodes of this series fail the notability guidelines for television episodes. The way for these articles to be improved is through the inclusion of real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. That is unlikely to happen, and these only have certain bad aspects (though all may not apply) like containing overly long or one sentence plot summaries, trivia, and quotes. Per that, they need to be a small part of this list.

If there are no objections, these will be redirected soon. Otherwise, discussion will take place here. Please remember that this is not a vote. If you like the information, that's fine and dandy, but your opinion doesn't really count towards anything. The only opinions that do count are ones that that lean towards the inclusion of real world information. TTN 22:37, 6 October 2007 (UTC)

Against - I think they are fine how they are as they are good and consise articles that stand well alone. Mathewignash 00:32, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Against - Yeah, yeah. That's BS. Quote policy all you want if it makes you feel special. A summary of a "real world" television episode is as valid as anything else on here. The appeal of Wikipedia is that you can find information on anything. Limiting the information available on here (and that is what you're doing) makes Wikipedia LESS useful, less user-oriented, and in the end, fewer people will use it. These kinds of grumpy, small-minded rules just show the powers behind Wikipedia being miserly. ShotgunBlues42 (talk) 15:56, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

Someone could please put back the "correct view order" ? Maybe it wasnt all correct, but was a major guideline, and i had going by that without any great trouble in show´s sequel. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.3.18.77 (talk) 01:13, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

I have no real opinion about the whole "real world" argument, but could we at least not link episode titles to things that have absolutely nothing to do with them (e.g. Countdown to Extinction links to a Megadeth album).--76.22.28.203 (talk) 02:28, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
