qualidafial: Just a few minutes ago I read a summary that gave away the ending to an episode. You may guess I am rather annoyed. The summary should give a summary of the basis of the plot, but not the ending. The ending should be in the spoilers section of the page devoted to each particular episode. Does anyone have a problem with me removing the give-away's at the end of each episode description? (Of course, I'll have to wait until I've caught up on all the episodes before I can safely do so!)

This is a common misconception, that spoilers shouldn't be included in a summary. Basically, an encyclopedic summary should cover all the important events of an episode, especially the end result. All you can do is not read them if you don't want to know what happens. - Peregrine Fisher 04:59, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] My Notability Tags

The guideline on Episode articles has just gone through a discussion, and it has been agreed that many articles on individual episodes do not meet notability guidelines. As such, I have tagged several articles on Dead Zone episodes. Fourteen days from the original tagging, and if the article has not met guidelines, it will be redirected back to this article. If you have any questions, see WP:EPISODE or WP:TVE and their respective talk pages, or leave me a note on my talkpage. Thanks. Alcemáe TC 01:06, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Episode notability

All of the episodes of this series fail the notability guidelines for television episodes. The way for these articles to be improved is through the inclusion of real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. That is unlikely to happen, and these only have certain bad aspects (though all may not apply) like containing overly long or one sentence plot summaries, trivia, and quotes. Per that, they need to be a small part of this list.

If there are no objections, these will be redirected soon. Otherwise, discussion will take place here. Please remember that this is not a vote. If you like the information, that's fine and dandy, but your opinion doesn't really count towards anything. The only opinions that do count are ones that that lean towards the inclusion of real world information. TTN 21:05, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
