[edit] Article name

herewith i apply to moderators and admins to change the title of this article, reasons:

  • it is on a census log
  • there will be no sufficient space to count all subjects to Tatars and of Tatar-ancestry

i offer to name:

  • any short title reflecting "List of Tatars, mistakenly pronounced as of other ethnicity or nationality"
